About Accommodation

Q. What time is check-in/check-out?

A. Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and check-out is until 11 a.m.

Q. Can I check my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A. Yes, you can check it at the front desk.

Q. How do you proceed with check-in if I arrive before 4 p.m.?

A. We do the check-in procedures and check your luggage.

Q. Can I share a bed with my child?

A. You can share a bed with children pre-school age and younger.(However, we do not provide additional amenities)

Q. Is there a curfew?

A. There is no curfew. The front-desk operates round the clock.

Q. Can I select a room number or request a particular floor?

A. We generally decide the room number on the day of arrival. As for the floor, we try to comply with our guests' preferences, so please make any request upon reservation.

Q. Can I send my luggage by mail in advance?

A. You can send it to the hotel, just make a note of your name and check-in date. We can keep your luggage up to a week before your check-in date. However, we do not accept luggage of excessive size or weight or ones requiring freezer storage or refrigeration. We do not accept pay-on-arrival shipments, so please arrange payment upon sending.

Q. Is it possible to use a delivery service to mail my luggage after check-out?

A. We can do it for you at the front desk. We only work with Yamato Transport.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes, you can use VISA, JCB, Master, or UnionPay cards. You cannot pay by installments.

Q. Can I use the internet in my room?

A. There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
*Each room has an individual ID and password.

Q. Are there amenities?

A. There are yukata, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, and cotton swabs. We also have dryers in all rooms.

Q. Is there laundry service?

A. You can request for it at the front desk. Please submit your laundry by 10 a.m. You can pick it up after 6 p.m. on the same day. (Closed on Sundays and holidays)

Q. What are your rental items?

A. We have pants pressers, humidifiers, phone chargers, nail-clippers, sewing sets, thermometers, etc.
*The items are limited in number.

Q. What is the closest station?

A. It is a:
・ 5-min walk south from Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line, Higashi-Umeda Sta., Exit 6.
・10-min walk from JR Osaka Sta., 5-min walk from JR Kitashinchi Sta.
・7-min walk north from Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, Yodoyabashi Sta., Exit 1.  

Q. How can I reach you from KIX or Itami Airport?

A. It is easiest to take the airport limousine buses.

From Kansai International Airport (KIX) it takes:
60 to 75 min by limousine bus bound for Shin Hankyu Hotel ""Hotel New Hankyu"" (UM1) or Herbis Osaka (UM2)

From Osaka International (Itami) Airport (ITM)
30 to 40 min by limousine bus bound for Shin Hankyu Hotel (U1) or Osaka Marubiru (U3)

Approx. 15-min walk from each stop.

Q. Is there a convenience store nearby?

A. There is one just a 2-min walk from the hotel.

Q. Can I reserve a taxi?

A. We can arrange a taxi for you at the front desk.
When you make reservations, you will be charged a reservation fee and a pick-up fee.
We may not be able to reserve a taxi on rainy or snowy days.
Cancellation fee will be charged for sudden cancellations before your taxi arrives.

Q. Is there a parking lot?

A. Unfortunately, we don't have a parking lot at the hotel. We can guide you to nearby parking lots.

Q. Do you have basic medicines on hand?

A. In accordance with Art. 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, we don not provide household medicines on site.
If you need medication, please bring it with you or purchase it at a nearby pharmacy.

Q. Do you have copy/fax services?

A. We can do it for you at the front desk (Paid)

Q. Where can we eat nearby?

A. The area around the hotel and Umeda Station is full of restaurants and bars. Please inquire at the front desk.
